Storage times follow the published US Department of Agriculture guidance for cooked leftovers. Material facts about borosilicate glass and polypropylene are general properties of those materials, not claims about a particular batch. Where a claim about the range is not independently documented, the page says so rather than presenting it as tested.
None of it is medical or nutritional advice. It is the kind of thing a careful cook works out over a few years, written down so you do not have to.
